Requests are reviewed individually. Submission of a request does not constitute confirmation of a reservation, order, purchase or service. Scope, fees, third-party requirements, timing and applicable conditions are confirmed separately.

• No material booking, purchase or third-party expense is confirmed without client approval.
• Services may depend on independent providers, availability, local rules, provider terms and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Fees, cancellation conditions, payment timing and provider-specific conditions are confirmed according to the approved scope of the request.
